Default AC compressor cycles 1 sec off, then 7-8 seconds on.

Dealer had trouble duplicating. It occurs primarily when outside temperature is over 90. They found no codes indicating trouble with the outside air temp sensor. They replaced the HVAC 'control head' - about $500. Problem occurred again after replacement.
