Default B0012-0D Airbag

Trying to get the bubblegum guy to go away. The code i am getting is B0012-0D Right Front/Passenger Frontal Deployment Loop Circuit low resistance DCT high resistance. I have my battery unplugged so the description is off the top of my head

I pulled everything out and have access to the connectors under the dash to the driver and passenger side seatbelt restraints and the airbags.

I tested the resistance from the sdm connector to each line disconnected from the airbag and get about .3 to .4 ohms or resistance on each and no shorts to ground.
I am unsure where to go from here as i have no wiring diagram and airbag sdms are not something I just want to poke and prod at.
all tests were done with the fuses pulled and batteries disconnected.

The colors in the images do not reflect the correct wire colors.
