Battery current sensor

Sinor; did you get an answer to your question looking for the battery current sensor? Technically, the 2007-2012 uses the sensor that's part of the negative battery cable. That be found on amazon for about $60. The GM part number:
GM Genuine Parts 10306471
This is for the 10v version. Supposedly, there is a 5V version. That part number is 13505369. But I can't confirm that to be the correct one. I'm pretty sure the 10v one, which is the same as the one attached to the cable (the 22846471) is the correct one; but BOTH show up as compatible for the 2007 silverado.

But, there are also SEPARATE Battery Current sensors that aren't part of the cable. But you would have to still disconnect the 2 ends of the negative battery cable; (One to the engine block and the other to the frame under the radiator.) If you're going to disconnect these anyway, you're better off replacing the entire cable (with the sensor attached). But if you want just the sensor, so you can leave the existing wire, disconnect the existing sensor, slip the new one over the existing wire, and plug it in...
