Error code 34
1995 GMC Serria C1500.
My son took off the exhaust manifold without disconnecting the battery. It fell on the positive lead from the battery. It shorted. I am now getting code 34, which states: MAP sensor - voltage low. Wiring open circuit/short circuit to ground, MAP sensor, ECM.
I replaced the MAP sensor, still have the code. Could the ECM be bad since there was a short from the battery? The exhaust manifold was to hot to handle from the current running through it.
