Default Cabin fuses

Hi wonder if anyone has mastered this, hooking a backup camera to my 2007 silverado crew cab. I have mattered all my cabin fuses trying to find one that is off when the ignition is off. So far everyone I've checked " accessory, accessory2,, rear wiper (unused) are all hot with the ignition turned off.
I-ll add a pic of my actual fuse diagram

do you mean with key in accessory position, or key completely removed from ignition?
