Default clock/radio/AC resetting on its own

2008 Chevy Silverado 1500
So my truck has been resetting the clock to 12:00 and the date is resetting to January of 2004 every time I turn my truck on. The air conditioner is also turning on by itself when I go to turn my truck on knowing that I didn't use my air conditioner. And it's at 74° every time. I go to turn my truck off leave it off for about half an hour go back to turn on and it's reset again with my air conditioner blowing. Anybody else having these problems or have had these problems? I know I read somewhere that this is an issue that happens but I don't know the specifics. I'm at my wit's end right now with this truck. I love my truck but I've already dropped a new engine in it and I don't know how much more I can do with it. I'm so frustrated right now friends, I just need some advice or support if anyone can give any please. Thank you so much in advance. 🥺😢

Power to your accessories must be getting interrupted. Since it happens when you go to start up, I would suspect the ignition switch.
