Default Cold start tick help please (video)

https://youtube.com/shorts/Ky1e81p0Cjk?si=r5ochvmeVXO8w9ip

I have an 09’ 1500 with 5.3. 2 years ago an AFM lifter failed and I mechanically deleted the whole system. New lifters, trays, pistons, rings, cam, main bearings, rod bearings, head gasket, oil pump etc. Decked the block and did a valve job. Tuned out AFM professionally. The ONLY items I reused (potentially to my detriment) are the rockers, valves, valve springs, and pushrods which have 214,000 miles (I ran out of money on the build).

I had a neighbor look at the truck when I shot the video and he said it sounds like a bad rocker. So I am going to start there. That little clack at the beginning is what worries me. The tick goes away when I rev the motor and the RPMs are coming down (I.e. tick on the way up no tick on the way down). Here is a longer tick video to hear what I mean with RPMs:

Has anyone experienced this? If so where should I start. I did just change the oil and added rislone thinking it was a sticky lifter but there was no change, in fact it seemed to get slightly worse. Thanks!!
