I have corrosion adjacent to my high mounted stop lamp area on my 2009 Silverado pick-up. Has any other member seen this issue on their truck? GM has offered to cover 45% of the cost to repair this. But the cost if performed at a GM dealer has been estimated at $950. Wonder if they would cover the same percentage if the work was completed at a more cost competitive collision shop?
