Ive got very similar issues with very similar pathways to fixes. Ive swapped out plugs,wire and coils with known good ones. Ive verfied lifter wasnt collapsed and ran engine to verify movement. Ice replaced oil pressure sensor and tightened all loose bolts on VLOB. Ive replaced injector in cyclinder 7. The miss is more noticeable at idle. At higher rpms the vehicle runs smooth and holds rpm with ease. The AFM switches from v8.to v4 often while driving. Mostly going to v4 downhills or flat. Im really at a loss.
