Hi everyone,


My dash is displaying :SERVICE TRAILER BRAKE SYSTEM: and also showing
:CHECK TRAILER WIRING:


I do not have a trailer hooked up when these warnings pop up. I've checked fuses (good), I've used an Fluke meter to see if there's power when brake is pressed (good), cleaned out the outlet for the trailer plug. Checked wiring to see if there were any loose connections behind the outlet (good)

I'm outta ideas. I want opinions and advice before I finally break down and drop 200 bucks for the dealership to tell me what it is (prob something stupid and simple).
