Recently recognized that drivers side mirror was not adjusting up and down, and did not go into park position when placing in reverse. Passenger side mirror doing fine. Replaced the motor assembly in the drivers side mirror. Worked for the up and down adjustment but when moves in to park position, not consistent and will not move back into normal position if does go into park position. Now memory seat is not retaining memory settings or moving when exiting. The most recent issue is the annoying reminder for the seatbelt is not alarming nor is the light appearing in instrument panel consistently. Sometimes will have seatbelt buckled and driving down the road and suddenly get the light blinking and beeping. Additional the TPMS is no longer working. All of this in a span of about 5 weeks.

Any ideas on what to look for and where to look? May all be separate issues but seems might also be related given the timeline.
