Default Electrical problem

Hey guys, new to The Forum and looking for some help. With headlights off everything is fine. When I turn the headlights on the driver side is dimmer than the passenger side and I have a fast left blinker. Also with headlights on only one horn works. When fog lights are turned on they are both dim. All of my bulbs work and all fuses look good. Seems I have a lack of electrical power to the driver side of the truck. It looks to me like the headlights ground near the passenger headlight and that ground looks new. Anyone else have this issue or know of any grounds I should check?

What I'd suggest is, pull the electrical connectors to the end device i.e headlights ect, Spray them with non conductive electrical cleaner, then reconnect them. Fast blinker usually indicates a burned bulb, check the brake lights also.
