Default Electrical Troubleshooting Help

I have recently had a new (re-maned) Engine put into my '08 Silverado LS
(4.8L). Some of the "new" problems that have arisen since I received it back,
1. Power Windows are not working (Driver side is the ONLY one that
works regularly, others are sporadic and it doesn’t matter which switches you
try from they won’t go up or down),
2. Traction Control/ Stabilitrak System Warning Light is on, and
3. It seems to be hesitating in shifting between 2nd and 3rd gears
(Automatic Transmission), but none others
None of these problems were present when it was sent in for the new engine
(the rear main crank bearing was howling).

Probably electrical connections, did you talk to the shop that did the work?

Another update. I forgot to mention that one of the TPMS sensors is bad.I can cut off the traction system and let the TPMS go through its own cycle then cut the traction system back on and there are no problems. Think these may be interconnected?

They are not exactly on my good side at the moment. So it probably would be in the best interest of the both of us if I dont go up there for a little while. It only took the 10 weeks to pull the old engine out and put the new one in. I was told 2-3 weeks top when I commissioned the work.
