Default Engine vibration after transmission flush. PLEASE HELP!

I bought my truck used at 40k miles on it. Never had any vibration issues or transmission issues. I’m now at 87k miles and just recently got my transmission fluid flushed. And ever since then it hasn’t been the same. When I start to accelerate after coasting, there is a vibration for about 2 seconds then it sounds normal after it. Usually happens when I’m going around 30 mph... I’ll be driving, then I’ll coast for a little bit then I’ll hit the gas pedal and that’s when I feel it. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening.

You might check the fluid level while the engine is running. Make sure it’s between the lines. What year and model is this truck?
