I'm installing all new LED lighting all the way around my truck it is a 2008 Chevy Silverado I'm trying to figure out how I can stop the hyper Flash without adding in line resistors is there some where I can put in a heavy duty flasher relay or something to that sort I have not been able to figure it out please help

I have a '12 suburban trying to do the same. The ones that I have been able to do are the DRL, both headlights, fog lights, license plate lights, reverse, and brake lights with no issues. I have also done the turn signals with built in resistors to correct the hyper flash and they do work but when the running lights are on it goes into hyper flash. From what I've researched so far is that I will need to get a resistor OR go to a stealership and have the ecm/bcm reprogrammed to accept LED's with not additional mods.

On some of the led lights the ones that have chips in them? just pull them out and turn them around so polarity issue

I didn't think about that since they were working just fine unless running lights were on. I installed resistors and the problem went away but I may still have to try reversing them to see if I truly need resistors. Thanks
