I have a 2008 Silverado with the 4.8. Last year I replaced the right side motor mount. I've heard that 140,000 miles is pretty good for motor mounts. My 2010 Suburban had its go bad at 160,000 miles (I just replaced it this week). The same mount I replaced last year has already gone bad in Silverado. I have somewhat of a heavy foot, but I don't stoplight race in either vehicle. We have a 21' Bayliner I pull with both vehicles, but I just got it this summer, so that wouldn't explain last years replacement. I bought the lifetime warranty parts from O'Reilly. Has anyone else had this issue? Are there heavier duty mounts I could put in?
