I cant stand non leveled trucks so I decided to crank my 2011 2500hd 4x4 which I bought a couple of weeks ago. I measured from the ground to the bottom of the fender and cranked till half an inch of bolt was left and got nothing. Cranked the rest of the bolts and got half an inch of lift in the front. I have never had this problem and cant find anyone else who has either.
