New to the group and not really much of a mechanic.

I have a 2007 Classic half ton 2wd crew cab that I bought new. It is totally stock with the 4.8 L and a 3.23 rear end - a total dog. Instead of spending money on a newer truck, I have decided to spend a few thousand on performance mods to make this one halfway enjoyable to drive. It now has 140,000 miles. Here is the list of mods.

-Rear end gear swap to 3.73 or 4.10 (really leaning toward 4.10) $1,500
- Programmer (Diablosport intune) $350
- Dual exhaust $350
- Air Intake mod $150-$300
- Small lift $300

I'd like opinions about how noticeable these mods might be, performance wise, and also opinions on alternative or additional mods.
