Default Shake between 90 to 110 kmh.

I’ve have a 2007 Chevy two wheel drive, regular cab long box. 4.3 v6- 125,000kms. Shakes between 90 to 110 kmh. I had a wheel alignment done, tires rebalanced. Still doing it. Purchased good set of tires and stock rims. Still doing it. As well as sometimes when going maybe 30 kmh I feel what seems to be something rubbing on frame. Looked can’t see anything. Any help is much appreciated. Cheers
