Default Spark plug electrode broke off in cylinder..

I have a 2011 Silverado 1500, recently I was showing a P0300 and cylinder 1 misfire after I had been a little rough on my truck. (Full throttle pulls trying to figure out why it was hesitating) I pulled my plugs out and found the no.1 cylinder plug had blown its tip off. I went and replaced the plug with a factory platinum plug and borescoped the cylinder, there was a lot of carbon and white spots on the piston but I couldn't see any major damage. (My camera sucks) I didn't worry about it because the engine now runs amazing and I haven't had any check engine lights. But I was recently told by a friend that the ceramic piece could've embedded itself into the head, or bent a valve.. he said it won't melt inside the cylinder and it has no way of escaping through the exhaust so now im worried.

Can I get some advice? What do you think?
