Default Thoughts on Purchasing a 2007 Silverado LTZ

Hello All,

I would like y'alls thoughts on purchasing a 2007 Silverado LTZ to become my daily driver. The truck only has 13k (Not a typo) miles on it and has a v8. The potential seller has given me a range of price for 20k-25k. This man is a family friend and has taken regular car of the vehicle including regular maintenance at his Chevy dealer. Do you think this could be a potential gem or too much money for a 10 year old truck?

I appreciate any advice y'all can give me on this matter.

Thank You,

I'd buy it. I've been looking at buying a used truck down here in Texas after the 1st of the year, many 07-08s are going for 20-23k with close or over 100k miles. Granted, those are Carmax and other dealer prices. With only 13,000miles, seems worth it. 07 was a pretty good year for Chevy. My 07 is an exception to that, but that's just my luck.

To me it seems high for a 10 year old truck. The 13,000 miles is great but I have seen trucks for less, but they do have more miles but not that much more. I wouldn't go more than about 17,000.
