2009 chev silverado 1500- My windshield wipers would work when I first started the the vehicle in the morning for 2 - 5 minutes then stop functioning untill I turned off the vehicle for a few hours then they work for a few minutes again. Now they have stopped completely. Where do I start?
Please don,t say dealer!

any of multifunction switch things inop...high beam, signals etc...anything that is part of the wiper control
