Hello all. 2nd owner of this truck since September 2021. Just noticed the paint on both drivers and passenger sides have the paint strips peeling above the chip guard. VIN has the Z indicating that it was from the Ft Wayne plant.

Found TSB PIT5313C that identified this issue back in 2015 and am looking for people's real world experiences having Chevy remedy this issue.

I have a 2014 truck built at Fort Wayne, too. I have a couple paint chip spots on the doors. Mine was black. My truck is obviously out of warranty. I didn't approach Chevy with it as I've had bad experiences dealing with their warranty work.
