Default 2014 Silverado, getting a "tighten gas cap" message on dash after new fuel pump

Hey all, I hope this hasn't been asked before, if so I didn't see it.
I just got the fuel pump replaced on my 2014 Silverado 1500, had some rust holes in the metal plate on the top of it, have gotten a "tighten fuel cap" message twice now well going up a small hill on my road, no check engine light or anything just the message. I tightened it after the first time and just gave it a good cleaning, hopefully that solves it but if not what else should I check? The shop is a local place run by complete ******** so if I don't have to take it back that's preferable lol.

Welcome from Florida. It is possible that there is an air leak at the fuel pump. The o ring may not have sealed correctly. Since it started after the fuel pump was replaced, I would there first.

Thanks for the advice. Guessing I'd have to either drop the tank or take the bed off for that ha? Check engine came on after driving a bit more if that changes anything (checking the code now)
Edit code attached below. P0455, Large leak

Doesn't change anything. There is a leak somewhere which started after the pump replacement.

Maybe just a big coincidence, but have you tried something easy like a new gas cap? And I assume you were getting the message before pump replacement??

Gas cap is less than a year old, gm official part clicks just fine and I cleaned it to make sure that wasn't it.
As for messages nope, absolutely none actually. Nothing on the dash or any codes before.
