Default 2014 Silverado rough idle

Hi all,
I have a 14 Silverado, 20,001 miles. For the past few months when I come to a stop such as traffic light or stop sign, truck idles rough you know like it's almost going to give out of gas. I took truck to local dealership told service writer of the issue. He took truck into service area and "said" he had technician to scan truck, no codes were found. I usually buy my gas at Entec or Chevron gas stations.
He tells me nothing is wrong, why in the heck is it rough idling if nothing is wrong?.. Any one have any thoughts on this issue or experienced it also?
Also, This truck has the clunk, but not as loud, but you know when it does down shift,it's noticeable. When I have it serviced I tell them to grease the yoke with that heavy duty grease.

Not sure about the 14s but 15s are having engine mount issues, sometimes they need shimmed or "reseated"

Hey Cleveland63b thanks for the information. On my next service I am going to mention that to the service writer. Maybe he will get the tech to check it out.

On the 14s I've read that the spark plug wires don't complete seat on the coil packs. After vibrations and heat from the motor, eventually they'll slip and cause it to idle rough. Also people have used crc intake cleaner to clear up rough idle issues
