2015 2500hd sloppy steering
Hello, I am new to the forum. I did some thread searching and didn't see anything that really applies, so here goes.
My steering is clunk when turning low speed in parking lots, driveway, etc. Been trying to figure it out for a few months now. I have replaced tierods, pitman and idler arms. Still there. Checked alignment after tierod replacement, all good. I read an article about wrong thrust bushing installed in some gear boxes and the dealer could replace for no charge. Is there much truth to that? Any other ideas?
Truck is stock other than being deletes.
Thank you for any ideas!
Eric
