What’s up guys I need some help with my truck, I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado L83. I have a misfire that I can’t seam to fix,I changed my spark plugs and my wires that didn’t fix it , so changed the ignition coils still didn’t work , so I took it to a mechanic and he told me it was my alternator I doubt it was , but I still changed it anyways, it didn’t fix the problem, and a week later I changed my fuel injectors hoping it would resolve the problem, now I’ve tried everything and i still have the same code.

If anyone can help me out it would be very appreciated , I would hate to take it to the dealership and pay close to 200$ for a diagnostics check, for it to be a small fix, thank you everyone have a good day.
