I have a company truck, I utilize the hands free stereo frequently. Today I could not hear a damn thing anyone was saying through carplay/handsfree. Later I noticed the volume for the am/fm radio would not get louder that 20 or so. WTF? The volume? I dont get it, why would the volume only go to 20 and then not go any louder as you increase on the little ****. Does anyone know or heard of this issue? any pointers before I bring this issue to my manager. I have a feeling they'll not give a F***. Fuses or something? IDK
