I purchased a 2018 Silverado HIGH COUNTRY 4x4 HD2500 $70,000Havana exterior duramax it has 1425 miles on it and it is sitting at Spence Chevrolet in Thomasville Georgia been there for 10 days transmission has problems anyways my tractor is in the shop 40 miles away it is going to cost me 300.00 to have it brought which I could save if I had my new truck and the customer Service lady told me GMC was not paying for my tractor to be brought home.I hate to say it but this is probably the last Chevy product I will own oh yea I had a 2016 GMC Denali 2500 diesel with 44000 miles that was in perfect working order.The sad thing is I have emailed Chevrolet Corporate 2 times and have not heard back and the customer Service rep don’t call when she says she will.Chevrolet HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WANT TO BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE DEALER WHICH HAS BEEN GREAT TO ME

this is day 17 with no resolutions the dealer is doing their best GM is doing what they want I’m sick over this Truck
