Default Broken fuel line union(?)

Hey guys, I was in the process of changing my fuel pump assembly when I broke a plastic Y type join between some fuel lines. I'm not even entirely sure what the third leg of the Y feeds as its not on the exploded diagram for the fuel tank, so maybe someone can chime in. I believe the fuel line is nylon, but I have no idea how to repair this joint. Photos are attached for clarification.

Welcome from Florida. You can buy plastic or brass Y or T fittings to replace your broken one. All you need to know is the hose size. Just make sure they are fuel rated.

I measured the inner diameter and I think it is 3/8". I am having a hell of a time getting the ****** fitting out of the hose though. I was trying to avoid buying hose and making new lines

Is the hose long enough to cut some off just to get the old fitting out and still be long enough to make the connections?
