I'm planning to buy a Silverado to tow an RV and need to be able to determine each specific (VIN specific) vehicle's weight ratings. I'm assuming that different trim levels and options will affect them, at least somewhat.

I've tried using the VIN decoder, but it doesn't seem to be vehicle specific. For example,

1GC4K0C86GF129106: GCWR: 30500, 24500 lbs 16000.0 min 30500.0 max

Can this truck handle 30k? 24k? 16k?
