I agreed, one little bug or glitch and the whole system gets thrown. Extremely frustrating given the amount of extra money we pay for such upgrades in these vehicles.

The dealer finally kept the truck and gave me a loaner so they could contact Tech and figure out what the issue is. They finally ended up replacing the entire stack, display radio and all. It is finally fixed so I hope that will be the end of it for me. Hope you can get the same for yours.
