Default Front end bolt connecting 2 rods

Can anyone tell me this bolt that is connecting those 2 rods together. The driver side has the bolt but the passenger side is missing it. I’m guessing there needs to be a bolt on that side as well.

Moog is a good brand and I wouldn't hesitate to use it.

Sometimes curiosity gets the better part of us, . Most of the time a link will break off one end. There must be some underlying reason for the entire link to be broken and missing. Might be a good idea to do a thorough inspection of the suspension system and see what caused this.
