I'll bet the OP just did not know he has a dipstick; only has had the truck 10k miles; lets go with that assumption and see if we can help him!

I took your advice and took it to the dealer. The truck definitely doesn’t have a dipstick. I’ve to Schedule a diagnostic on the truck. I appreciate the help!

Hope it's just a fluid and filter change or at worst, a complete transmission flush. Let us know how it turns out.

The 8 speed trans doesn't have a dip stick. It has a stand pipe in the pan for checking oil level. The 6 speed trans uses a fill tube w/ level indicator. The 8 speed also uses HPLV fluid not DEX6. If this truck has an 8 speed, have the trans flushed with the proper fluid and reassess the issue. Hope this helps.
