Hesitation
Hey everyone,
I'm relatively new to Chevy. I have an 18' Silverado 1500 custom rear wheel drive at 57,000 miles
For a while now I've noticed a small hesitation, going from second to third gear, when i would drive off my driveway on a cold start. It would only happen once and not ever again while on the road. I slowly started realizing that it would never happen on cold start. it would hesitate only when i would stop for like groceries or any event that i would be away from my truck a small period of time. I would turn my truck back on while its warm and then drive off with the same hesitation going from second to third gear. Again, it would only happen the one time and never again while on the road.
A while ago, the check engine light appeared with code PO307, stating a misfire in cylinder 7, while i was on the highway. The truck never showed any issues. During that time, i swapped out the sparkplugs to NGK's, cleaned out the throttle body, changed transmission oil and rear differential oil. The light never reappeared after clearing.
Besides the hesitation and the engine light that showed a while ago, the truck drives perfect and never any other issue.
if anyone has any pointers, i would greatly appreciate it. It's not super critical but i hope it doesn't turn into an issue later on.
