Default Hydro locked Engine

I recently bought a 2016 Silverado, and it seems that the engine is hydrolocked I already removed the spark plugs to turn it over and get whatever water was in out. I also flushed the system and after all that I put the plugs back and started it. It seemed to have worked for a second until it stalled and turned off again. I forgot to check the intake and it turns out there was water in there too, but I can’t turn the engine any more. It does not give one way or the other what could be wrong?

It might be the fact it dosen't like to swim? You'll need to give more information on this.

Did you drain the oil pan? Did you check the transmission for water?
