Increasing the size of the tire
Good day to all.... fixing to put larger (bigger?) tires on my 2017 4x4 Z71. Currently running stock
265/70 R17 but looking to go to a 290 or 305/70 R17. I am told there is a point that I might have to modify the truck body / fender wells to accommodate. If measurements are correct, the truck should be able to handle up to a 35 inch tire. Am I looking at this correctly, or do I need to consider a little smaller? Appreciate the input.
