I have a ticking noise when cold started. Doesn’t happen every time. Goes away when the motor warms up more. No performance is affected just more of an annoyance. I initially thought maybe belts and pullies? Any advice?

It sounds like a hydraulic lifter hasn't quite pumped up. No big deal if it goes away after a little run time. Not worth the expense of having it fixed.

 

There was an old trick that MIGHT help. Drain a quart of motor oil out, and add a quart of ATF. Or easier, try Marvel Mystery Oil. I don't know what's in it, but lots of people swear by it getting rid or reducing lifter noise.
