Im new and this is my first thread,

Ok... I have a 2015 Silverado. Last month in Colorado we had some pretty bad hail storms and I got caught up in one. I have pulled as many dents as I could, but the hood is... well... Totally jacked up!

Now for the reason I am starting this thread.. I have talked to SOOO many junkyards and I have had multiple people tell me diffrent things about the years and body parts... Can anyone PLEASE tell me, WHAT BODY PARTS are interchangeble with a 2015 Silverado? I have been told 2013-2017 (didnt seem right to me) 2014-2017 and that GMC Sierra hoods (in the same years) would fit. When I look at the front view of the trucks together it doesnt seem that the hoods are the same?!?!!?!
