Tire Pressure
The summer temperatures wreak havoc on tire pressures and conditions. I try to adhere to the manufacturers label settings but when I check the readouts I find the settings rise which is normal after driving on the hot asphalt. Old school tire settings used to suggest 32 psi. but these newer limits are up to 35 and by the time I get done driving they increase to 37/ 38 psi. I never have been in favor of over inflation. Does it make sense to keep the pressures 3 or 4 lbs lower to allow for heat and road temperature?
