I have a 2015 Sliverado, 5.3L, 6 speed transmission. I'm having a problem when I accelerate after a slow turn. The transmission seems to down shift ok however when I accelerate the transmission acts like a CVT transmission and the RPM starts out high then drops as the transmission/torque converter glides to a higher ratio and the RPM drops to 1000 rpm. At this rpm the truck boggs down and accelerates slowly obviously out of the power curve. It acts like its in high gear at 20 mph. Has anyone experienced the same condition? Lastly it doesn't do it all time. Any assistance would be appreciated.
