Hi! We’re trying to figure out how much we can tow with our 2017 Silverado. I looked up the vin and got the specs, but it shows a range of numbers for the GCWR and GVWRC we aren’t sure how to interpret. Why would there be a range with our specific vin? Does the trailering weight mean we can actually tow that much? We want to buy an rv and don’t want to max out on towing. Thanks!
the numbers range depending on the build. that webpage doesn't appear specfic. these are the variables: axle ratio, engine, transmission, suspension/chassis, 2wd/4wd. find out what you have and refer to towing capacities in the owners manual.
