Anyone else noticing paint (?) chipping off the outer ring of the crankshaft pulley / harmonic balancer on their 6.2L (maybe affects 5.3L also)? it's a 2021 LT TB 6.2L w/ 7700 miles. I can't tell you how long it's been this way, I just purchased it. Should I be concerned? What is that ring, is it an oil seal or plastic ring? Not sure why paint would be chipping off.
