Hi all, I have a 2024 Silverado high country with 5.3. Yesterday my CEL started flashing and when I ran my OBD, it read code P0300, random/multiple misfires. Truck has about 4500 miles only. I know GM has issues with engines but already at 4500 miles? Truck goes in Monday to get looked at.

anyone else have issues with such low mileage?? Have a feeling this will be a headache going forward.

 

There are many, many possible causes for misfiring. Hopefully it's an easy fix.

I read GM extended the powertrain warranty for the Turbomax engine to 100k, any ideas why just that and not the 5.3 also?
