22 Silverado LT - Lane Keeping assist/ Front collision assist - Services unavailable
Per dsugg’s post early on in this thread, which I referenced, the fuse is a 10 amp in the upper left side in the passenger side fuse panel. I forget the designation, but when I looked at the fuse descriptions on the panel cover, the description it was pretty easy to determine which one to pull.
Exact same issue as ya'll. Had my brand new refreshed 2022 Chevy Silverado LTZ for less than a month and the collision avoidance system was working great when I bought the truck a few weeks ago. Now I have an orange collision light on dash and cannot use active cruise or lane keep assist. Dealership told me to try removing my toll-road sticker from the front window as it might be obstructing the camera - that didn't help. They also said the camera needed replaced but it's on back order.
I will try to mess with the fuses as you have mentioned. So far, pretty frustrated with a brand new truck having issues.

My local dealership has a new front facing camera on order, covered under warranty for replacement. It's located under the rearview mirror cover.
Same issue here with my 2022 refresh Trail Boss. Had it all of 55 days and 600 miles and my light came on last Friday. I pulled the F11 fuse last night and that cleared the issue, the dash light is off and the forward camera is back working. Thanks to you all, this saved me a trip to the dealer and the headache of getting a loaner.
Thanks to this thread I pulled the fuse out and replaced it and it fixed the same issue in my 2022 RST. Same issue. Owned the truck a week and out of now where the lane assist stopped working. I checked out the fuse it seems fine but replaced anyways and it works. Thanks again for posting.
Did you happen to catch the F11 description? I ask b/c I have a 2020 High Country, and the F11 for me is the seat module. I was wondering if anyone else had any idea for 2020, as the descriptions on my passenger and driver side fuse panel do not necessarily correlate with the LKAS camera or Overhead Camera.
This group is awesome & very helpful! I have a new 2022 Silverado High Country and at approx 3,500 miles the lane assist stopped working. I stared at that error light for a few hundred miles! My new truck with issues! Ugh! The owner’s manual says to clean the windshield in front of the camera on rear view mirror. Did that & nothing. Found this group & pulled the passenger side F11 fuse (labeled as above). That “hard reset” did the trick. Still discouraged to have any issue with a new truck on a cross country trip.
I've run into the same issue posted in this forum. Brand new 2022 Silverado High Country and this light just came on. Going to try pulling the F11 fuse. Has anyone had an issue with the light eventually coming back on?

Had the same issue. As others have done I searched on the internet and came across this thread. I found the fuse location and inspected it. Looked fine but I replaced it anyway with the spare. And what do you know. Problem solved. So thank you for the insight. So I'm sharing to say it worked. Very much appreciated.
