Auto Stop/Start Back in the News May 14, 2025
Auto Stop/Start is back in the news...... May 14th, 2025
It will be interesting to see any changes by manufacturer's now that the EPA Secretary has announced it is ok to do away with the Auto Stop/Start feature on vehicles.
It appears that it was NEVER a law or requirement, just,, allowed the manufacture to get "Carbon Credits" from the government.
Another issue will be if there will be any software updates to give an option in "settings" to allow for remembering the last selection after restarting the engine.
I'm sure we will hear more,, or maybe not.......
