2021 Chevy Silverado RST have the tow package but no brake controller the dealership says it can put it in for around $350 now well the brake controller show up on my dash display like my Chevy Colorado I have or is that extra for that.

 

If the factory brake controller is installed, it should be programmed to display on the instrument panel. I would double check with the dealer.
