Cutaway on a 4500 cab?

Cutaway on a 4500 cab?
OK, this is a long shot, but has anyone cut away the back of the cab to get access to a cube on the back? I know I can buy a cutaway van but the engine options are much better on the truck, plus the van is just ugly.....
