I bought my 2020 1500 with the factory installed tonneau cover in August 2020. Not even 2 months after purchase the cover started oxidizing and turning almost completely white. After many failed attempts of removing oxidation I went to the dealership. The service manager was able to find a bulletin and Chevrolet is now paying to have it painted. If you’re having this same issue here’s a heads up, you may want to contact the service department!
