Default Park assist blocked or clean sensor warning on 2924 Silverado custom 2500

My 2024 Silverado 2500 90% of the time my park assist sensor says it is blocked or clean sensor. I have only seen the front sensor come on once. The only time I see the back sensor come on is when I back up to my trailer and that has only happened two out fifteen times I've hooked to my trailer. The dealer ship says it is because I have a hitch installed to my truck. I do not understand why that would effect the front sensors. Does any body have any ideas.

No issues with mine, they come on all the time, I even get alerted when someone walks by 10 ft away when I'm reversing in the parking lot.

Thanks for reply. Does your sensors work with a trailer hitch installed? I took mine off and still do not work. My rear cross traffic sensor still work with the hitch installed.

I know this is an old thread, but I hope I can get some answers on this issue myself. I am having the same issue with the "Park Assist Blocked-See owners manual." My sensors are spotless all the time, and they kick out randomly. My dealer tells me I need to bring it in when the issue is happening so they can plug it into the truck to get the code.
Dude, I was wondering if you resolved your issue?
